Not sure what you're talking about here, you've got a screenshot there with the button to press to take the quest?
I don't have it, it just sends me there but the NPC doesn't give me the quest to do itQuote:

It looks like this is an issue if you did not take the followup when completing the previous one. You can either go along with someone that needs to complete the previous one, so the mail bag which you get the quest from will spawn, or you can wait for the next update, and I'll fix it to spawn if you can get the followup quest, even if you don't have the previous one.
