Ok, as youve notice lots of low lvl event runner are on LB, now last Elondrian event; names of only 35+ are on the board. So will this mean that all name on board regardless of levels will recieve the anticipated Winter event LB vanity prize? Need confirmation from sts pls, as a lot of "twinks" are running and grinding events and might be wasting energy.
