L16-DemonLogist Set W/ Best gun you can find + Malison
L21-Demonlord Set + Gun + Ribbit
Try 21-23! One of the most balance bracket for mage so far i believe (depends on how you play for sure).
And as for the gear, buy tarloks of assault set. Oracle gun would be fine tho :)))
