The ones you buy from vendor are untradable and unstashable anyways so it's upto you to determine if its worth it. It does boost your stats so you could get some if you are undergeared. However, there are also tradable variants in auction.

Its worth it if you got the 10 coin already ....(rather than not using the coin)....or else just keep the coin for century and not using it XD
