So i have talked athletics to some in Pocket Legends and people ask me what is Crossfit?
Well its to diverse to categorize it. It's said to be the hardest workout you can do. I will be competing at Fort Worth Texas this weekend as a team member of my gym in Oklahoma.
So here are some videos to demonstrate what it is.

Probly not forum appropriate but this will show you what it can do. I've been in it for a year and a half. I just recently turn 17 so I'm not that old. But here's what I look like. At age 15 when I started I had a Daniel Tosh body.
