Game with same gameplay system as pocket legends

Does any on the new sts games have a gameplay which is like the old one from pocket Legends with rotateable camera and the danger based skills ?

We're all waiting for one, bud. Arcane legends didn't do it for us. Until then, we're stuck with PL, SL, and DL.
