LVL 2
Focus:
Increases your chance to hit and crit!
Cost 20. 20 sec buff. +10% chance per rank.

LVL 4
Blast Shot:
Damage enemies that surround your target!
Cost 15. +2 blast area per rank.

LVL 6
Avian Scream:
Push enemies back and stun them!
Cost 15. 3 sec stun. +10 damage per rank.

LVL 8
Thorn Root:
Stop enemies in their tracks!
Cost 20. 3 sec root. +Damage per rank

LVL 10
Meditation:
Regain your magic power through meditation.
Cost 10. +30 Mana at Rank 1. +10 Mana per rank.

LVL 12
Restore:
Increase your health regeneration!
Cost 20. Regen +4 for 5 sec. +10 heal per rank

I'm still awhile from level 25 but adding to the list;

Level 14: Evasion
Dodge incoming attacks!
Cost 20. 20 sec buff. +10% dodge per rank

Level 16: Break armor
Reduce your target's armor
Cost 25. Reduce target armor -10 per rank

Level 18: Shattering Scream
Blast targets and reduces their damage!
Cost 20. -5 target damage per rank

Archer:

Is shattering scream AOE dmg?

Blast Shot is definitely AOE, not sure about the screams, I've never used them much.

My question, does the Repulse Shot do damage as well as knocking your target back? I don't want to put skill points into it if it doesn't do any damage.
