Platinum Offers not working

Hi. I love this game (Dark Legends) and all but the platinum offers are not working. I have installed and ran the apps in the offers...in some of those apps, I have completed the introductions...and I have not received any platinums except the very first ones I have completed. I have not received around 35 platinum...Is this just me?
