Ok so I wanna lv a new charcter but I can't decide, bear, paladin or archer?

I'm aware this is a silly post and it may be on wrong forum but pls help :(

Bear - takes all the damage

Mage - multitarget damage dealer, healer

Bird - single target damage dealer

Fox - single target damage dealer

Bear: takes all the damage, does the most dmg, has the most armour, dmg, dodge. So hard to use

Bears or bird. Personally dislike the fox-it's not really my type.
