Black Ops Crates Error - Not Receiving Items

Hello Team!

I had purchased some plat, then proceeded to spam open several black crates... however I didn't actually receive most of the items that were listed in my chat.

I opened several black crates on my character "Pricebuyer" and am missing 2x Bronze Master Key, 2x Bronze Master Key Kit, Black Ops Cannon, 4x green 50% speed and a pink Triple Speed Potion. I can provide screenshots if needed, but I'm sure you can check my plat expenditure logs and inventory logs.
