question about green boxes under title :)

as I saw a lot of forum accounts with different of this ...
I want to know how to earn them or achieve :D let me know any info u guys have and those are like this :

When you post threads and replies and receive + give thanks, your overall rating increases.

Post too much BS, get banned. Post lost of relevant posts and relevantly thank and receive thanks, your level becomes higher.

You start off as a member and work your way up to senior and legend.
