I bought the toilete and i alone in gh put it there so when i come back to gh the toilete dissapear :s
Maybe someone dropped a massive bomb and the toilet exploded?

It's likely that more than one person had a guild toilet, and the one that was placed happened to not be yours, so it went away when they left. When you place one, it's not necessarily yours that you're placing.
