Please fix the event leader-board tying as soon as the Halloween event end

As many know, the current event leader-board ranks tying in an incorrect way. For example, if there is a tie at 2nd place, the current leader-board show 1st->2nd->2nd->3rd instead of the correct way of 1st->2nd->2nd->4th.

I will not open the discussion on the consequence of the current ranking as there are topics on this already. I know some people like the way the current leader-board behave but it should not be implemented incorrectly as it is now. Thanks.
