Ermm I dont say it will spawn like mini boss. Every layout of the Mausoleum map have their specific environment. So yeah, you need to repeat running mausoleum level 4 and higher to find that specific layout of Mausoleum. As stated above, the location of Exalted altar is at the middle of circle room and you will see a very shiny altar.Quote:
