I believe Hauntlet/KT4 is best overall.

For me elite shuyal lvling pet+pve point +elite golden puzzle chest can make some money...

I’d say Hauntlet, because KT4 stops at a certain level if I am not mistaken

I think so cz the pve kills don't count anymore for high levels :)
