I have been told by sts support about certain issues that I need to go though apple for a fix bc apple is private and doesn't release info to sts. Any help would be appreciated.

It depends what type of problem you was having, if it was unauthorised you will most likely get refunded.

My unresolved issues are numerous lol ranging from missing crate tokens to a consistently broken plat purchase for the $20 plat pack where it charges me but i receive no plat. Chad in support told me I would need to go through apple even though i provided proof of charge and i thought it would be easy enough to reference with my account but nope.
Find your email iTunes receipt. Look for the problematic item and click the "report a problem" link for that item.
I'll look around. Gotta head to work for now.

i also did not get a reimbursement for the missing crate tokens. Even after Carapace announced it should be handled by support. Support never answered.
