Your device is IP banned. Meaning, anything spacetime ever makes, you will be banned from.
I think you either buy new device or ask devs if you can start over heres a link

Ive messaged the devs because I don't think I should be banned. Although if I am I would be upset if I can't play star legends aswell. I'm already upset that I can't play pocket legends :(
