This is really annoying me, I should have over 60 platinum from free platinum offers... I have done everything it has said to do and it says it is pending ... This so called huge deals on free plat offers aren't working and i have literally played on some of them for a good 30 minutes when on nearly all of them it just says download and open... This is really annoying me because I can't buy plat Please help me
SAME EXACT thing happened to me! I contacted nativeX.support but no reply, and STS says that they have 0 control over it.
I should have around 60 plat as well, more I think. I really don't know what to do. Some say STS will give you the plat but I don't think they do....it's worth a try to contact them I guess.
Email the support to the type of offer. This isn't a matter STS controls, but if you send an email to trialplay or nativeX they will usually respond at some point.

We can't really help you and the Devs can't really fix that, just try to e-mail the W3I/NativeX/TP customer support to get some explanation.
Also in most cases you will get refunded for all apps/service offers you completed successfully and which are not older then 7 days. This in a period of 1-2 Days. (I can not guarantee this though).
