Alert keeps popping up

This is an issue that has sort of been happening "on and off" in the past but, not lately....... Since the latest update, it's been occurring frequently.... It happens when running maps and when in town..... When running maps, gameplay is interrupted and you have to stop and manually "x" out of it in order to resume gameplay (does not go away by itself)...... I've tried everything in settings and nothing is working.... Here are my settings, to make things easier......

Any way to disable/prevent this??????? Missed a couple of event bonuses because of it........

What device / os?
Is a friend actually on? Is it the same friend each time or a different friend?

OS = Marshmallow 6.0.1......

I do not play on the other character much.....

Can't remember it happening with the other.... This hasn't been happening before the last 2 updates....... Haven't really played the other characters after the last 2 updates....
