It's a ring problem!

Hi! Right now i have the acrobat plat dex ring that gives 2% dodge and 10 damage. Would crafting a dragon ring and wearing that instead be a step up? Dragon ring gives no dodge...I must also mention that i wear savage and this char i use for mostly pve.

Another thing to consider is, if i craft the dragon ring, i would have to respec and put my 67 dex points into int, no? So i would lose another 1% dodge for a total of 3%. Would 67 more points into int really be more helpful to my spells/heals? How much would i gain to my heals?
