A little addition to the information..

Adding a statement along with the information of an item that specify where to obtain/loot that item would be really convenient to new players. The format I propose here is just for a better idea of what I am trying to depict:
Deary egg:[description] [A mysterious wobbling egg,Something is inside]

Terror Blade of Coruscation:[description] [Chance to create Nightmare vortex,when active pulls in enemies and damage them]
