I suggest developers to make the rewards by class. Warriors compete with each other. Rogues with rogues and mages with mages. Fairness at its finest. Like leaderboard rewards.. why not? [mention]Remiem [/mention]

Always with unfair events. Wars have huge advantage. Either give equal pts to all classes or have winners of ea classes.

We genuinely appreciate all the effort remiem and her team puts into these type of contests. But please do it the right way and listen to what the Arlor has to say. You guys r comparing this to the kalizza forum contest where it took wars the longest to complete any maps back in 2015. But it's not the same case anymore and especially when it's all done in the easiest elite maps. I've ran on mage and war and got about the same time to complete all 9 bosses Yet rog and mage gets rewarded with 1 pet and war double. I know a rog who ran for 5 hours and a war caught up with a lil more pts witin 2 hours. This needs a change or the only winners will be warriors. Not fair at all. Huge advantages only for wars, nothing is fair here.
Awarding 2 points per war run would only make sense if this was a solo event. The fact that a war is freely able to run with a mage/rogue is pretty unfair since runs wont be any slower and they still get double points.
For example, if one whole party (consisting of 1 war, 3 rogues) does all their runs together until the end of the event and rack up the most runs, only that tank will get first place when they put in no extra work for it.
+1 for leaderboard to be separate by class for the next week. Or even 1.5 points per tank run so the ones that do solo don't complain.

Warriors aren't exactly as weak as they used to be. They are actually imo the best class as of now in pve, given that they are harder to kill (especially with jugg) plus a couple of known proc combos such as Dozer Axe + Dozer Aegis + Glint Aegis. Giving the warriors the advantage in this event by giving them 2 points each run would certainly discourage fellow rogues and mages to run these maps repetitively for the prizes. Because warriors can clear these maps as fast, or if not FASTER than rogues and mages. And if you would do the calculations (given the fact that they can complete the maps as fast/faster than mages and rogues) as a rogue/mage, imagine running 500 times for 500 points, and this warrior can just run 250 runs for 500 points! They can get 1,000 points by running the same amount of runs that the mages and rogues did. If they can't make the prizes class-based or something then at least make all classes have the same point system!
As the contest plays out, I was actually considering this. I'll post updates on points/rewards in the next weekly post or before. Thanks for the feedback, ya'll.
