Mausoleum Necromancers (witches)

After running with various parties or with randoms in the mausoleum, I noticed that many players don't realize how the Necromancers (witches) can handicap a party.

Necromancer or witches are the first I try to kill in mobs. The witches will spawn a white orb that casts the nerf to players' damage. Watch to see which witch spawned the orb by seeing a large white arua under the witch, which lasts 1-2s.

The only way that I have found to remove the nerf is to run back away from the witch to drop the nerf, when you see the white aura under your characters feet disappear, you dropped the nerf. This will also break the white orb which will also break the nerf on your party mates' damage.

I always let it summon mobs so that my immo can proc more and banish it xD

Most rogue included parties don't have a problem with this I believe since if their rogues don't have full order jewel set, they use dragon daggers. If the user knows how to use these awesome daggers properly the witch can spawn her white aura but it won't give any debuffs.
Good thread :) some people should be reminded which are the high priority mobs sometimes...

I try to kill these b.....I mean witches first. If no curse mage is lingering about.

Ye... Since we got glowstik, the curse mages aren't the problem any longer... But tbh, none focusses the Witches tho they decrease my flame proc from 149 to 8...

I dont know what about you, but my only problem is the following:

Huge pull, we got a red carpet aka mobs red zone, sns aa on the floor, gs aa on the floor, and i cant see those tricky bombs.

I have found if the player who is pulling, or who is in the lead, runs a long the wall vs down the middle, will turn the bombers to shoot at the wall, spiders also shoot their webs closer to the wall as well. Simplifies the red zones a bit.

Thanks for the info. Dropping clock with full mastery on witch is good at stopping them before they spawn orbs.

Is there currently any pet able to remove the debuff?

always kill the witches first or stun it so it wont spawn debuff.... I wish sorcerer have such a debuff skill
