Ranked honor Pvp

I'm playing for now a few months and I've noted something more and more annoying. Game Throwers in fact today I did 6 matches 4 got throwed by people leaving the match.
Here is my suggestion, when you leave a match you cannot comeback. If you leave often you get a penalty either a point penalty like -30 points or you cannot play ranked honor anymore for a day and if you keep doing so you can't play for a week....
People who keeps leaving honor ranked kills the fun in my opinion. It is not only in the low ranked matchs, i was surprised how many people were doing so in the top of the leaderboard.

The penalty is just loosing the match if the player leaves twice, if he leaves once it is just a disadvantage for his team, which looks not to be enough since there is many people doing the same stuff

The solution shouod be if you leave it eill count a death in pvp kd

And because everyone is kd lover no one will do this again
