Where can I find then all? I killed skratch at wt1, he was easy to kill and to find, but where are the other 3?

They don't spawn in different tombs... Amra'zu is found in Dead City maps, don't know about the others though.

Agrex or whatever his name, I found him in Oltgars keep once, he's an ice giant.
