Explorer armor does not exist

Hello team,

many players are requesting a confirmation that the new 115 vanity explorer armor does in fact drop.

The helm drops fairly easily, which is why many players assume the armor "does not exist" as nobody has seen one yet.

Can a dev comment on its existence and drop chance?

It exists, and has a chance to drop, but is rare.

and does the 2pc vanity set have a visual effect? I can't fins any pics on forums
