Addition of hide vanity pack option and new vanity pack

Good evenining STS . Just wanted to suggest to make vakyrall battlefury shoulder could be converted as vanity pack. It is one of the best pack in game . Many people of op and eng class would like using it :)

Also hide vanity pack option . Basically lvl 61 op and com packs are very big and many people dislike them. It will be a good implementation too. Thank you !
