This idea would actually work (RIP SCAMMING)

I've been told they removed the trading option or give option in DL. (I'm not sure)

I posted a Idea that would totally prevent scamming at the most, making it disappear.

Since Star Legends, Dark Legends, Pocket Legends, and Arcane Legends Trading/Giving system have similar details in common i think that design would help a lot. Don't you think?
