Refer to Boiled's guide. Very informative and instructive! For gear, you want to have pink halloween items (voodoo or paw is dependent on circumstances). If I post something, it will be the same exact as Boiled's guide! :)
i'm pretty good at level 35, i think
use int hallo helm and mantle, and voodoo pin...purple evidence bracer
what you want to get down is the hot flash timing, my belief is that the hot flash is the absolute most critical thing you need to do in every fight. Get down your ice, light, and fire timing to where you can frost from 12m, light at 8m, and fire the instant frost sets, because your voodoo wand will ruin the hot flash combo.

I'd recommend Boiled's. Blitz's and Noodle's I think may be a little outdated.

Best scenario possible is either doing CTF or FFA. Those scenarios will FORCE you to become better because you'll learn not only range, but also timing.
