Jewel Converter NPC

I would like to see a Jewel Converter NPC that converts jewels at a high ratio.

10 Water or Nature Jewels -> 1 Diamond or Lightning Jewel
10 Diamond or Lightning Jewels -> 1 Fury, Finesse or Mind Jewel
10 Fury, Finesse or Mind Jewels -> 1 Chaos Jewel

Perhaps the 10:1 ratio should suffice or maybe 15:1.

- It would make use to some of the more useless jewels
- Helps satisfy some of the complaints about low drop rate
- Gives a little bit of something to farm for twinks

I prefer NPC rather than adding this option to the craft section because craft UI is very cluttered.

I mean he made the level 36 mythic armors.

This is a pretty good idea if there won't be any tweaks to the current jewel drop rates.

This means we'd be back to wt4 24/7, farming for nature and water.

Or chance for leveling players to make a bit more gold.

I'd rather have the other maps drop only one kind of jewel. E.g. Undim Fields and Elite Undim Fields drop only mind jewels and nothing else, with higher drop rate at the elite version. Something like that. Maybe someone will actually farm there, you never know.

Being forced to go back to wt4 - no ty.

But that's just me of course.

I doubt people would prefer to farm 100 water jewels to make 1 finesse jewel.

100:1 is a bit too steep for a mind/finesse/fury jewel. But i do like the concept.

I think its fine. For end gamers, it's something to do with those extra nature/water jewels without flooding the market with the stat jewels. I constantly find myself liquidating the water jewels and would rather put them to use.

Being we get a nice healthy "0" for liquidating the above named jewels, this could also generate gold for players just starting out. Win/win for all involved :)

+1 to this. Also make higher levels of jewels able to be converted as well, keeping the same ratio.

If it were up to me, I'd make class specific jewels drop in the regions dedicated to a class - mind gems in all elite shuyal, finesse in kraken isles, fury in Nordr...

Considering crypts also drop diamond jewels (km drop lightning too, if I remember correctly), it will be fewer than 100 for 1 finesse.

Perhaps
7 water/nature -> lightning/diamond
15 lightning/diamond -> fury/finesse/mind
10 fury/finesse/mind -> chaos

It still takes a while to get 15 diamond or lightnings just for ONE stat jewel conversion. Maybe those numbers are a bit more appropriate. It ends up being 105 water / nature if you start from the bottom. I think diamonds drop in km but lightning doesnt.

A great idea indeed. Yet I would much rather see this being implemented plus a much needed fix of the incredulous drop rates, which we currently have. 30+ Years for a full set of the highest tier main stat jewels is still not ok ;)
