Human verification error

Wrong thread location; needed to post in bugs.
I know someone who is trying to set up a forum account and he is currently recieving a constant error in the HV part. If you have two and combine with five, how many do you have? He puts 7 and seven separately as in 7 first then confirm then it says its wrong. He did specify that its saying human verification is wrong, he tried to do it on an ipad a phone and a pc.
Anyone know anyone else having this issue?
