I would love to see an artifact that grants 200% mov speed buff (not set) just one artifact with one haste passive. This passive would not stack with haste sets.

I would love to see an artifact that grants 200% mov speed buff (not set) just one artifact with one haste passive. This passive would not stack with haste sets.
why just 200%? lets add 1000% speed to one item? and make it free to get?
Speed % is basically useless over 200% if you don't have a 2 digit ping, cause you're never on the same spot as where the server registers you at when you're moving.
lets add 2000% ms and give ppl 20m for getting the artifact :)
