enchantments on weapon/armor (scroll of enchantment for weapon and armor)

Ist posible to put enchantments in weapons and armor?
like a "sniper auto bow + 2/3/4/5" to increase abilities of the particular item, also with a crazy risk like 1 is to 3 chances of success of the enchanting, yes, we dont pay our way to the top, we do it out there, hunting and stuff!!
and it'll be much cool, if in every over enchantment there's a special "glow,sparky or whatever to spicify the number of enchantment on that particular weapon, +4 is the ideal of the starting point of glowing on the weapon...
