Arcane Legends Top 50 Guilds - 2020-01-08

1) Only guild members level 20 (i.e. half the current level cap) or above are included in the calculations.
2) The top 50 guilds by total achievement points make the list.
3) Within the list, each guild is ranked in the various categories. The number in parenthesis indicates the guild's rank in that particular category.
4) The guild's average rank, after discarding the best and worst rank, determines the final standing.
5) If the guild was previously ranked, the number in parenthesis after the guild name indicates the guild's change in rank.
6) A negative x/D ratio means more D than x, and indicates the D/x ratio.
7) Average account age is determined by when the account first started playing Arcane Legends.

Where is the Purge Guild? You would think they would be up there somewhere. But I have never seen them in the top 50 Guilds.

Dont forget, need a min amount of APs to make it into the ranks, why for example the number 1 guilds average rank is actually more like 4.7 because a guild which might be average ranked 1 but not enough members/APs in total to actually make it into the leaderboards

That's a very biased analysis, because most top guilds do not accept new and less experienced players. They usually have high aps and pve kills requirements in place to restrict entry, so those are mostly consists of older players. And the number of old players are bound to get decreased slowly as they become too busy with life to play the same game year after year.

bias? it is from them, and my interpretation of data is even top 40-50 1d,3d,7d,15d,30d Active % says it all.

You missed my point. These top guilds active% mostly represents the old players, not the whole player base. So that doesn't reflect if the game is dying or not. Only the STS devs can see the whole picture and this is from them:

Dont forget, need a min amount of APs to make it into the ranks, why for example the number 1 guilds average rank is actually more like 4.7 because a guild which might be average ranked 1 but not enough members/APs in total to actually make it into the leaderboards

Yes makes since but Purge is a well know guild for their pvp. U would think most players in the guild have 30 to 35k aps. Just seems they would be somewhere in the top 50 guilds yet never seen Purge there. Go figure for such a well known guild.

Many years ago I had done some rough math to it, needed like 350/400 players with 10k aps min each in a guild just to make it to LBs.

Purge once used to have quite a few members in its prime during the pvp days, that isnt the case so much now... but that figure was from like 4/5 years ago maybe longer so with the amount of pvp you can gain now that figure is probably a little different.

Keeping that in mind id personally say it isn't that much of a surprise their not in the top 50 but if they gained say most likely 100/150 people overnight they would probably jump into the top 10 with their overall statistics.

All just an educated guess tho nether the less however one thing is for sure

Top 10 would be hard especially since about one third of the rank is based on activity i would imagine they would score pretty low on that , and for as many kills as they have someone else in that guild probably has a death for it , top 25 maybe
