What activity/occurrence does the two progress bars below the New Vardan Valley map activate when filled???????
When the upper bar fills up, it opens two portals. First one is in the upper left of the town and the 2nd in bottom left. The other bar is filling slower and it opens 3rd portal in bottom right next to the lb.

I thought it was going to be something else.
