Support problem with account recovery
hello, im writing this post cause im very disappointed about support of this game.
1/2 months ago i opened a thread here to explain my issue: i forgot mail linked to my AL account.
(i remember character name and password)
Admin of forum told me to contact support since they can surely get back my account, i did this and result is
"sorry we cant help you, but you can try to tell us some mails that you used"
Oh really amazing help, why i didnt tried that 🤦*♂️
it's been 3/4 years im not logging into the account, i spent many hours playing and im not going to create a new account for sure.
I read people complaining about the small number of new players, imagine rejecting old players willing to get back on Al and spend real money to recover the difference between other players
Can someone do something to give me access to my old account, other games company do this since it can happen. I just ask to change the mail linked with account or even more easy, tell me the first letters of the mail, im sure i can remember with a bit of help.
