Hi alll
I started the mage for the first time and now ive messed up my skills and all i would like to know full skill setup for a pve mage
I tried experimenting but i find all the mage skills interesting. I am now lvl 35 mage and i focused on dps first (dps-over 600) without any mythiscs( cause i am poor) i would like to learn more abt mage skills and make perfect aoe killing machine.
Sorry for spelling mistakes(if any) my typing sucks on tiny mobiles :P
DPS is your first problem: read the thread at the top of the sorcerer section: DPS vs Damage
Put all stat points on int
Skills
4/5 fire no scorch
4/5 shield no displacement waves
4/5 clock no time bomb
4/5 thunder no shock
4/5 ice no artic shatter
Passive
5/5 int, dex, str, crit
PS: Heal is really not necessary for mages, this skill is usually used in pvp. This is not recommeneded in pve, but if you wanted to be a little cheap since your still lvling to the max lvl (41), you may use it.
Here's a build i think with heal for pve
4/5 fire no scorch
2/5 heal (mana heal)
4/5 shield (no displacement waves)
4/5 clock (no time bomb)
2/5 ice (only shiver)
3/5 thunder (no stun, no chance to do aoe dmg
1 extra point decide if you put it in ice or heal (increased range)
Passive:
5/5 int,dex,crit, str
Wow nice ill do that. Thanks alot for awesome info. Also i got another question abt pve wep. Staff or gun? Some pplz say use gun for damage it increases ur skill damage and others say use staff but they didnt temme any reason. One guy said that it decreases cooldown time of ur skills if u have higher dps(from staff) so now im waiing for wat to buy. I like staf more than gun cause of fast auto attacks(which i rarely use) but dunno abt any other benefits if there are any i would like to know.

A staff is an aoe (area of effect) weapon, meaning that it can hit multiple enemies at once, whereas a gun is limited to one target on auto-attack
