Rogue build help.

I am new with Rogue and i need help with the build of a rogue. I wish to level to 16 and pvp at that particular level. But i need some good tips and build to do that. Can someone with a rogue tell me the most popular or good builds for rogue? Thanks :)

For a PvP rouge the main skill you want in your arsenal I am sure will be aimed shot. Since PvP isn't out yet I can't Answear the rest.
