Misuse of 4/4 Party wait system

Hey umm...this may not seem as important but if possible can this waiting for all players to enter into that circle be removed? Certain players are intentionally stalling parties (when entering random). They are basically messing around to have fun. It is annoying and wastes a lot of time.

If it is feasible please remove it and implement a 1-10 countdown or something as soon as 4 players enter the event map (instead of stepping into that circle). I have encountered two such instances myself and have screenshot records of them in case any dev would like to take a look at them. Please do consider it once. Thanks.

4 people join. 1 goes afk(purpose, accident w/e). So if one of the other 3 choose to leave, another person can join. Now if the afk guy is a TroL, this can result in many people losing their energy as people come and go.

I have also encountered this a few times..

If not fixable please do change for future events.

Maybe implementation could be added, if the event map is not started, we could exit and not loose energy, (similar to the forgotten ruins).

Yeah something like how Planar Arena does. A countdown before it starts and the player that doesn't enter gets locked out or kicked out to prevent leeching.

I've been lucky in just having one leecher. They let us start then just stood there. I really don't understand their mentality, what can they possibly get from doing this?

Some people are also going directly to top and letting the others kill all, and doing nothing >:@
