What's the best lv13 rogue pvp build?

1. Heal, upgrade: additional pack, regen 12,5%.
2. Amied shot, upgrade: all
3. Nox Bolt, upgrade: none
4. Pierce, Upgrade: none

The rest point in passive dex. That's my opinion.

Heal : 4/5 with additional pack, heal over time and more % heal.
SP : 4/5 with heal, armor reduction and dot upgrades.
Aimed : 5/5

Currently this is best lvl 13 build for rogue.

Is armor reduction from aimed shot and pierce stack? Im worried.
