You need a recipe for the weapon, a shifting ebon vanity mold and 10 ebon murk slags.
Mold and slags from vendor, recipe idk.
Recipe drops from deep marsh boss idk which one specific or if all of em can drop it.
Also recipe are selling sometimes on auc, like 700-800k
