Gold is impossible to make in SL since the in-game currency us credits. ;)

Solo the first level of maps. You'll get a lot more gold, and it's easy.

Lolz...Captain Obvious. Credits in SL is rather difficult to farm outright. Your best bet is to farm gear to sell...and mayhaps a sweet vanity helm to sell.
