U need character slots to create new char
I have like for character slot but every time I create new it freeze my screenQuote:

yes its happening with mine android device
Known issue, already a thread in bugs forum.
Check for app updates, fix should be available for iOS / google play / web / android direct download, waiting on approvals for others.
