I dont really know can we report plyers this way but i didnt find other way to send the video. Sent the link to cinco i dont know if he got it
You should report it otherwise Cinco may bann you.

The Customer Service team investigates every report.
They may not follow-up with the player who reports a problem but they always look into reported issues.
Calling players out on the forums is against the rules. It is against the rules because it drags everybody in to the discussion and inevitably creates drama. On the other hand - sending a detailed report (including video links, images, etc.) to support@spacetimestudios.com puts the issue in front of the right people and doesn't pose any risks to the community.
