It seems I overdid it with my credit card xD
Couldn't buy the 90$ pack, but the 20$ pack worked just fine.

I'm having a similar issue. I try to buy plat in Arcane and it's telling me in app purchases are disabled. Running 4.0 gingerbread on a HTC One. Txs
I tried over google play and over the STS website, too.
Google play has sent a confirmation email but the plat is not in my account yet.
Whereas the plat that I bought over the website was credited within a minute :)
