In the guide it said (Each class) and when checking leaderboard the classes are also divided in special brackets, does this mean that if im NOT on the general LB i wont get a prize, but if im On for example Rogue overall spot 49 i DO get a prize?

yes you will get the prize
overall lb has nothing to do with rewards, the class specific lb’s are the ones that matter. If you are 49th on a class lb at the end of event you will still get the lb rewards.
