So once i reached bronze tier i tried to open both of em and i receive nothing just feels like it null/void just wondering if i can get compensation
They are meant to give trash loot since they are free anyways. Plat from it would be the best you'd expect to get from them. Though there may be some players who would loot great, most of us would just receive epic gear or legendary gear, like most locks anyways. So, no point complaining. Also, if you didn't know, there is an option to bypass seeing what you looted and instead you could head over to the chat area to see what you looted.
