Luck Hat issue

Seens like the new luck Hat "Big Luck Eternal" isn't working as it should since his predecessor "Big Luck 2020" is showing a better spawn chance . I dont know if it on purpose or a bug but i see no reason to buying with PLATINUM a new hat that is significantly worse than his older brother

Aslo another bug is ..back few years ago these "hunting" events were regulated to spawn atleast 10lvl below your lvl character and now is spawning anywhere.

I was told that the big luck eternal doesnt spawn it at all. the 2020 hat is the only one that spawns it. I hope this gets fixed
