According to announcement thread, Eggzavier is supposed to drop any egg in the game, up to and including Mythic rarity, as well as a selection of HEROIC and ARCANITE Eggs.
But seems like some legendary and mythic eggs are missing from his loot table, namely:
Legendary - Prower, Rudolph, Thog, Quentin, Churro, Venim etc.
Mythic - Chester, Wylenor, Oconi, The Re-gifter etc.
