Anyone part of STS has their name in a different color. Like samhayne and justg have their name in red.
This also includes moderators. They have green names. :)

They are not part of STS. As said above, Green names are Moderators, Red are Developers.
Indeed, if you catch them doing it again report them. Fairly sure it's a tos violation to claim being affiliated with STS when you are not.
